Who we are
Tenet Industries is building an AI-automated PCBA factory in Munich, Germany. When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means Tenet Industries. You can reach us at founders@tenetindustries.com.
What data we collect
If you contact us by email or book a call, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, company, and the contents of your message, including any project files you send (such as Gerbers, BOMs or pick-and-place data). We also collect standard technical data when you visit this website, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use your data
We use your data to respond to your inquiries, prepare quotes, manufacture and ship your boards, and to improve our services. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your project files with third parties except where needed to fulfill your order (for example component suppliers or shipping carriers).
Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your inquiry or order (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps), our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business, and legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order-related records are kept for the retention periods required by German commercial and tax law. Inquiries that don't lead to an order are deleted within a reasonable period.
Your rights
